In line with advice from the UK Government, we plan to re-open Rose Cottage for self-catering holidays from 15 July 2020. We take very seriously the health and safety of our guests, the people who help us look after the cottage, and the Gairloch community as a whole.
We have developed guidelines, including an enhanced cleaning protocol, which we will share with guests prior to confirming any booking.
We have taken the decision to leave a gap of at least 3 days between each booking to reduce risk of cross-infection to a minimum. Whilst we normally operate on a Saturday to Saturday basis, we can be flexible if you wish to stay at the cottage during dates which are shown as available on our calendar.
We are offering discounts for guests wishing to stay for periods of longer than 2 weeks. Please contact us for further details.
During the foreseeable future we will continue to monitor the situation and will act in line with advice and measures from the Government and other bodies.
There are so many holiday cottages around but it’s the history that makes a place special, and Rose Cottage certainly feels special – JB,Falkirk
