Eating and cooking in Rose Cottage is a pleasure not a chore.  Although you’re on holiday – and you might want to eat out every night. There are certainly some great places to try. But perhaps you’ll want to stay home to take advantage of the fabulous local produce from home-grown meat, fresh caught fish and shellfish, to fruit and vegetables. And, remember, your table has one of the best views in Scotland.

The kitchen is well equipped, with eveything from wok to wooden spoon.

  • Microwave
  • Slow cooker
  • Large fridge/freezer
  • Dishwasher
  • Everything you need in saucepans and bakeware.
  • Small utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble drye

From the table in the window bay look out onto the loch, take in the view -and plan for your next exploration. Or just settle in front of the log burner with a good book (we have a bookcase crammed full of titles to suit every taste).
